Who we are
Bentley & Aston is the official website for Jacqueline Rose and the Bentley & Aston children's book series.
What we collect
When you fill in the contact form we collect your name, email address and the message you write to us. We use this only to reply to you.
If you place an order in our shop we collect your name, email address and delivery address so we can fulfil and post your order. If you create an account, we also store these details (and your order history) so you can check out faster — you can update them at any time from your account page, or ask us to delete the account entirely. Card payments are processed by Stripe; any card you choose to save is stored by Stripe, never by us.
We use one essential first-party cookie to remember you've dismissed the cookie notice. We do not run advertising trackers or analytics that profile you.
How we use it
Your contact details are used only to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell, share or rent your information to anyone.
How long we keep it
Contact form messages are retained for up to 24 months for our records, after which they are deleted.
Third parties
This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Where you click a link to Amazon or another retailer, that retailer's own privacy policy applies once you leave our site.
Your rights
You have the right under UK GDPR to ask what data we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. Email via the contact page to exercise any of these rights.
